The site is situated in a 19th century block perimeter structure of towers from the 1960s. Accordingly to this building typology there are offices and above condominiums in 25m height reaching the city horizon with clear view over the city and the Lake Zurich.

Three clusters with different heights form, along the coast of the “Schanzengraben” – the trench, one central site. In between the three access cores and the pillars in the facades are apartment types with different storey heights.
